The Funding Committee is responsible for identifying, securing, and managing financial resources to support ICOMOS Sudan's heritage conservation projects and activities. This committee develops fundraising strategies, builds partnerships with donors and funding institutions, and ensures transparent and effective financial management for all heritage initiatives.

- Develop comprehensive fundraising strategies for heritage conservation projects.
- Identify and approach potential donors, foundations, and funding institutions.
- Prepare and submit grant proposals and funding applications.
- Build and maintain relationships with international funding organizations.
- Develop sustainable funding models for long-term heritage projects.
- Coordinate with other committees to align funding priorities with project needs.
- Monitor and report on the use of funds and project financial performance.
- Organize fundraising events and awareness campaigns for heritage conservation.
- Provide financial guidance and support to heritage conservation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements and financial reporting standards.
